In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days, beginning with the day following the date on which on which your goods were delivered.If you wish to cancel an order under these terms you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unopened and will be returned at your own cost. In addition, special order items will incur a 30% return charge.
